Material introduction

Dehydrated vegetables also called rehydration vegetables, is made of fresh vegetables through washing and drying processing, removing most of water. The original color and nutrients of vegetables is mostly unchanged. It is not only easy to store and transport, but also can adjust the slack season of vegetable production effectively. When eaten, it can be restored as long as it is immersed in water, and the original color, nutrition and flavor of the vegetables are preserved. Drying process

Drying temperature range is 65-85℃, drying at different temperatures, gradually cooling, while ensuring that the material constantly flip, so as to speed up its drying, the general drying time is about 4-5 hours
