Material introduction

Drying process

Temperature increasing stage: from room temperature to 30℃-1-2h; 1st stage: drying temperature 30-35℃-4-6h, remove the peel water under low temperature, dehumidification should in time, the fruit surface will turn bright and fruit turn to soft. 2nd stage: drying temperature 35-40℃ above-8-10h, surface shrinked and interval exhaust of moisture. 3rd stage: drying temperature 40-45℃, and interval exhaust of moisture, material dried completely, end moisture level below 12%
